Gina Marshall
Gina Marshall is a licensed professional counselor with a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University and holds certifications from the National Board for Certified Counselors, including recognition as a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She is passionate about helping young adults and college students navigate life transitions, stress, and identity development, while also supporting adults of all ages facing challenges related to relationships, trauma, career concerns, aging, and grief.
Gina tailors therapy to meet each client's unique needs, whether they are adjusting to college life, managing work-life balance, or overcoming personal hardships. Her expertise extends to issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood instability, and life transitions. Using a client-centered approach, she integrates evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help individuals break through barriers and create meaningful change. She believes that with the right support, anyone can develop resilience and find balance. Whether addressing life transitions, stress, or emotional difficulties, she strives to empower clients with the tools they need to achieve mental wellness and personal growth.
