Below is a list of some of the major insurance carriers we currently accept. If you do not see your insurance company listed here, please contact us to check on whether or not we accept your medical insurance. Each clinician is in-network for a different set of insurances so please contact our office to gain more information concerning insurances we accept.

Counseling and Therapy

Fees

Our fees for counseling and therapy services range from $80 to $150 depending on the clinician and the service provided. Please contact our office for any inquiries concerning fees.

Psychiatry Services

Fees

Medication assessment and examination: $300.00 – $350.00

Medication management: $150

Psychological Testing

Fees

The rates for psychological testing vary based on test administered. Please contact our office for more information.

Billing Notice

Please note that payments are applied to the oldest outstanding balance on your account. If a previous balance exists, your payment may not go toward new charges like a copay. However, your total amount due remains the same. Your account will reflect a running balance, including all charges and payments from both insurance and patient payments.
